THE SHALEM FOUNDATION

 The Shalem Foundation was established with the vision and purpose of spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ in parts of West Africa, starting with Togo. 

The organization also recognizes that basic healthcare needs are often lacking for the poor and distressed in these regions. Therefore, the Foundation aims to address these healthcare needs by: 

- providing screening services for those with metabolic diseases; 

- increasing access to basic medications; 

- raising public awareness about the prevention of metabolic diseases; and 

- offering training to healthcare professionals, including nurses, nursing assistants, and medical assistants. 

 The Corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
